Privacy Policy – WeSet Services

WeSet Services is a service-management and publishing tool operated by Surya Computers. This policy explains how information is collected and used through our website, enquiry forms, operational dashboard, and Google Business Profile OAuth integration.
Information We Collect
- Customer enquiry details such as name, phone number, optional email, service requirement, area, address, and notes.
- Job, quotation, payment, technician, service-photo, review-request, and support records entered into the WeSet dashboard.
- Marketing attribution details such as campaign, keyword, source, landing page, and click identifiers when available.
- When an authorized manager connects Google Business Profile: OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted scope, Business Profile account and location identifiers, profile metadata returned by Google APIs, selected post text and media URLs, and API response identifiers or status.
How We Use Information
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule visits, assign technicians, complete jobs, collect approved proof, and provide support.
- To retrieve only the Google Business Profile accounts and locations the connected Google user is authorized to manage.
- To publish manager-approved business updates and selected service photos to the connected Business Profile.
- To display connection, publishing, and error status inside the WeSet dashboard.
- To secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Google API Services User Data
WeSet Services requests the business.manage permission only for the Google Business Profile features described above. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or sale to data brokers. We do not create customer reviews automatically. Reviews are submitted by customers directly to Google.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and Security
Information is stored in the website's WordPress database and hosting environment. Where supported, OAuth tokens are encrypted using the site's WordPress security keys. Access is limited to authorized administrators and operational users according to their role. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. Information may be processed by our hosting, email, security, analytics, payment, communication, or Google API providers only as needed to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public.
Retention, Disconnection, and Deletion
Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, warranty, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Disconnecting Google removes the locally stored OAuth connection token and clears the saved Business Profile account and location connection from the plugin. A user may also revoke access from their Google Account.
For full deletion of remaining account-linked records, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or contact us. Posts already published to Google Business Profile remain in Google until they are deleted from the Business Profile.
Your Choices
- Do not connect Google Business Profile unless you want to authorize the integration.
- Disconnect the integration from the WeSet settings or revoke it from your Google Account.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of applicable information by contacting us.
