Terms of Service – WeSet Services

These Terms govern use of WeSet Services, including its website, service-management tools, and Google Business Profile integration. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Authorized Use
You may connect and manage only a Google Business Profile that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for actions performed through your account.
Content and Publishing
- You must have the right to use every photo, logo, description, offer, and other item you submit or publish.
- You must review and approve content before publishing.
- You must not publish false, deceptive, illegal, infringing, unsafe, spam, or manipulated customer-review content.
- Customer reviews are not generated or submitted automatically by WeSet Services.
Google Services
Google Business Profile and Google APIs are third-party services governed by Google's terms and policies. Their availability, quotas, review requirements, features, and decisions are controlled by Google. We cannot guarantee API approval, profile ranking, post visibility, account recovery, or uninterrupted availability.
Service Changes and Suspension
We may update, limit, or suspend features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or third-party API changes. Access may be suspended if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, ranking changes, Google account actions, third-party outages, or content submitted by users.
Termination and Disconnection
You may stop using the service and disconnect Google at any time. Disconnecting does not automatically delete posts already published to Google. Follow the Data Deletion Instructions for deletion requests.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or third-party requirements change. The updated date above will be revised when material changes are published.
